Wednesday, December 10th | Evening Welcome Reception
7:00 - 9:00 PM: Drinks, Light Bites & Networking
Begin your AMM experience with a casual evening of mingling, light refreshments, and great company—an ideal way to meet and reconnect with your peers before the main event.
Thursday, December 11th | First Day of Content Programming
8:30 - 9:30 AM: Morning Walk in DC (Optional)
Join us for a refreshing start to the day with a scenic stroll through some of the most iconic spots in our Nation’s Capital. We’ll pause for great photo opportunities, take in the crisp morning air, and enjoy the beautiful views—all while connecting with fellow members and some of the Veris team. It’s the perfect way to energize and set the tone for the two days ahead.
10:30 - 11:30 AM: Attendee Arrival
Upon arrival, you’ll be greeted by our team and receive your personalized agenda for the event. Settle in, meet fellow members, and get ready for two days of engaging conversations and valuable connections.
11:30 AM - 12:30 PM: Keynote Presentation | The Future of Early Careers
The Early Careers landscape is undergoing dramatic shifts as AI disruption, economic uncertainty, and changing organizational priorities reshape how companies think about entry-level talent. Throughout 2025, Veris Insights has run a major initiative to uncover the forces pushing to redefine Early Careers: what stands, falls, and evolves, as well as what leading-edge Early Careers functions will look like as they emerge from this crucible of forced evolution. At this year's Annual Members Meeting keynote presentation, we will present findings from this work based on dozens of conversations with Early Careers leaders, Heads of Talent Acquisition, and other industry experts.

1:30 - 4:00 PM: Concurrent Breakout Sessions
- Topic Strategy Labs
- Our Topic Strategy Lab will be an interactive session where you’ll be able to engage in facilitated discussions around today’s most critical trends and challenges in University Recruiting (UR). Through collaborative, cross-industry exchange, this session will empower attendees to share insights, discover new strategies, and walk away with actionable solutions to implement within their organizations.
- Dedicated Executive Forums
- Our Dedicated Executive Forums will come to life at AMM this year through dedicated breakout rooms that will bring our members together based on industries, program sizes, and regions. These tailored groupings will provide the perfect setting to dive deep into the most pressing issues, fostering rich collaboration and driving meaningful discussions on the challenges unique to each group.
4:00 - 5:00 PM: Member Panel
Each year we bring together some of the most influential voices in our space for a dedicated conversation on the issues that matter most to our members—and 2025 will be no different. We’re excited about the direction this year’s panel is taking and can’t wait to share more. Stay tuned for details as we finalize the topic and announce our speakers!

Stop by to connect and celebrate the BIPoC community before the evening meal.
5:00 PM+: Beyond the Sessions, A Dinner Event
One of the highlights of AMM is our dinner event, where we gather for an unforgettable evening of food, drinks, and entertainment. It’s a chance to reflect on the past year, celebrate our shared successes, and connect over what’s next for our members and the UR industry. Join us as we eat, drink, and unwind together for a night of fun and camaraderie!
Friday, December 12th | Second Day of Content Programming
9:00 - 10:00 AM: Breakfast & Open Networking
We’ll kick off day two with a delicious breakfast and a chance to connect 1:1 with your peers. We will have topic specific tables as well as general open tables. It will be a great way to start the day with good food and even better company!
10:00 - 11:00 AM: Precision Recruiting: How Partnerships Drive Early Career Outcomes
As application volume rises and candidate quality stagnates, many members are pursuing precision recruiting strategies to source specific talent. Strong partnerships are a key component of this strategy, yet many struggle to develop the deep, mutually-beneficial relationships with schools that lead to robust partnerships.
At AMM this year, we will share insights about Early Career partnerships from every angle – featuring the voices of Early Career leaders, University Career Services, business leaders, and participating students–to guide members in building their own precision recruiting strategies.
11:00 AM - 1:15 PM: Concurrent Breakout Sessions
Our members spoke, and we listened! We know how valuable connecting with peers is at AMM, so this year we’re doubling down. On Day Two, look forward to a second round of Topic Strategy Labs and Dedicated Executive Forums, giving you even more opportunities for focused conversations and collaborative insights.

Every year, Veris Insights closes the AMM with a forward-looking lens. Drawing on the live conversations from Day 1, this fast-paced, engaging session will spotlight the top trends shaping Early Career Recruiting in 2026. We’ll explore how evolving labor markets, rapid technological change, and shifting candidate expectations are redefining the future of Early Talent strategies. Attendees will walk away with clear insights on what’s coming next and how to stay competitive in attracting and engaging top talent in an increasingly dynamic landscape.
