For the 7th year in a row, we’re bringing together the most senior University Recruiting leaders in Veris Insights’ University Recruiting Council to discuss current and emerging trends, collaborate around shared challenges, and of course, have a little fun and enjoy the city.
This is our premier, most exclusive UR event of the year. It is always a privilege to serve our members, but it is a particular privilege to get to host you here, in D.C. You won’t want to miss it - RSVP soon to secure your spot at this year’s event!

We're excited that this event continues to be a part of the standard membership contribution. Members will be responsible for their individual travel and hotel stay, but once you’re with us, all is included.
Some helpful travel tips:
- Arriving from Reagan National Airport (DCA): We recommend flying into DCA as it is the closest airport to the Park Hyatt Washington D.C. If you’ll be driving or taking a ride share, it should only be about a 15-minute drive. The train would take approximately 25 minutes – you can ride the Blue Line directly from the airport to the Foggy Bottom-GWU Metrorail Station, then walk 10 minutes to the hotel.
- Arriving from Washington Dulles International Airport (IAD): It takes about 30 minutes to get to the Park Hyatt Washington D.C. by car from IAD, though it might take up to an hour depending on traffic. The train would take a little over 1 hour – you can ride the Silver Line from the IAD Station to the Foggy Bottom-GWU Metrorail Station, then walk an additional 10 minutes to the hotel.
- Arriving from Thurgood Marshall Airport (BWI): We recommend driving or taking a ride share from BWI. It should be about a 1 hour drive, though this varies widely depending on traffic.
